IMP not only implements customer requirements flexibly, reliably and competently, but also ensures during assembly that IMP systems are quickly integrated into the existing on-site production process. The assembly of the system is carried out in close coordination with the customer.
As part of the commissioning, the employees of the companies receive detailed and professional training from IMP on the functions and operation of the new system. With an individual service number, we ensure that our customers are always supported by a competent contact person who is familiar with the customer-specific characteristics.
Warranty and maintenance are part of the contract and are individually agreed upon with our customers. All statutory warranty claims are of course taken into account.
